Hello all and thank you for all that you do. I started in the movement by operating Pacoima Caregivers Collective in March 09. It was a small shop in the heart of Pacoima and each month was a challenge to keep the collective going. In October 09, a search warrant of my home and at the collective was served by LAPD Foothill Narco. My family and I were terrorized and our home ransacked, while my wife and I sat handucffed for 3 hours. I was booked for intent to sell and was bailed out sometime later. After 1 year the case went to prelimenary hearing and was tossed out, 3 days later the nightmare continued. The DA refiled the case and I reported to court were the judge threw me in jail. I posted another bail and now (Feb. 23, 2012) I am getting ready to go to trial. Needless to say, it has been very hard for my wife and I to continue to fight but in the end we both know that this is a fight that we must continue so that on day the LA County DA and City Attorney will stop this needless persecution of MMJ patients. I would like to thank my wife who has stood beside every step of the way and my family for there continued support. Thanks Joe, keep the faith, tomorrow is another day. Bill
